AREA OF PRODUCTION:

The morainic hills, south Lake Garda in the local district of San Martino d/B (BS)

SOIL COMPOSITION:

Calcareous gravely soil with limestone rock. Altitude 150m

GRAPE VARIETIES: Trebbiano di Lugana
VINEYARDS:

Plant row with 3300 vines per hectare. The production is about 4 Kg. per plant

GRAPE HARVEST: Hand selection in late September
VINIFICATION:

Destemming and immediate cooling. 24 hours maceration and pressing. Separation of must and fermentation at controlled temperature (17–18 °C).
