AREA OF PRODUCTION: The morainic hills of lake Garda in the local district of Lazis
SOIL COMPOSITION: From glacier origin, calcareous. Altitude 100 m
VINEYARDS:

Plant row with 5400 vines per hectare. The production is about 3Kg per plant

GRAPE HARVEST: Mechanical, in late August
VINIFICATION:

Mechanical harvesting, destemming in less 45 minutes and then treading. Separation of must and fermantation at controlled temperature (17–18 °C).

REFINEMENT: Steel vats
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT (% Vol): 12
TOTAL ACIDITY (g/lt): 5,5
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6 – 8 °C
CHATACTERISTICS:

Extra dry wine, straw-yellow coloured with green reflection, persistent taste and almond aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Aperitifs, appetizer first courses and fish
