SOIL COMPOSITION: From glacier origin, calcareous. Altitude 100 m
GRAPE VERIETIES: Chardonnay
VINEYARDS:

GRAPE HARVEST: mechanical, in late August
VINIFICATION:

Mechanical harvesting, destemming in less 45 minutes and then treading. Separation of must and fermentation at controlled temperature (17–18 °C)
