SOIL COMPOSITION: From glacier origin, calcareous. Altitude 120 m
GRAPE HARVEST:

Manual, in plateu the second week of September, grapes are dried for 80 – 90 giorni

VINIFICATION: Fermentazione per 25 giorni sulle vinacce appassite.
REFINEMENT:

18 month in wooden barrel (I and II passaggio), then 4 month in bottle

CHARACTERISTICS:
